AMIA Hair Studios is a natural hair specialist salon and hair retailer at 12c Queensgate Centre, Grays, Essex RM17 5DF. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Information We Collect

To provide our services and sell our products we may collect your name, contact and delivery details, appointment and order history, payment information (processed securely by our providers), health-related information relevant to your treatment, photographs where consented, and website usage data via cookies.

Photography and social media

We only photograph your hair and share images with your consent, which we ask for at your appointment. You can decline, or ask us to remove a photo at any time, by emailing hello@amiastudios.com.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

• Request deletion of your data, unless we are legally required to keep it

• Object to or restrict certain processing

• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
