HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Do you do consultations?

All appointments are booked online through our Fresha booking page. Choose your service, date, and time — a non-refundable booking fee secures the slot, and the balance is paid in salon. If you're not sure which service to book, message us on WhatsApp first and we'll guide you.

Yes. If you're not sure what to book — or whether a style will suit your hair — message us on WhatsApp with a photo of your current hair and a reference of what you want. We'll guide you to the right service. For complex changes or bridal styling, we can arrange a paid in-salon consultation.


DO you offer same-day or walk-in appointments?

Same-day bookings are welcome when we have availability. Message us on WhatsApp for the quickest confirmation. We don't currently accept walk-ins without prior contact — booking ahead protects everyone's chair time.


What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Give us 48 hours' notice or more and your booking fee transfers to a new appointment within the same calendar month. Cancellations, no-shows, or moves into the following month mean the booking fee is forfeited. The booking fee is always non-refundable. Full details on the Salon Policies page.
