  • Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with a quick description of what you want and a photo of your current hair, and we’ll tell you the best service to book.

  • Yes, there’s parking nearby at Queensgate Centre. If you’re unsure where to park or which entrance to use, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll guide you.

  • Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can so we can advise.
    If we can still accommodate you, we will.
    If you’re very late, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to protect the rest of the day’s appointments.

  • You can manage cancellations and reschedules via your booking confirmation. If you need help, message us on WhatsApp. Please note that late cancellations may be subject to our booking policy shown at checkout.

  • We accept card and bank transfer. Any deposits are taken at booking where required.

  • We’re located inside Queensgate Centre on Orsett Road, Grays RM17 5DF.

    Enter Queensgate Centre through the main doors between Griffins Estate Agents and the food store/butchers.

    Once inside, walk straight down the hallway all the way to the end.

    You’ll pass Kora Studios.

    AMIA is the next unit on the right, opposite Q Gym.
