All appointments are booked online through our booking system. Choose your service, date and time. A non-refundable booking fee secures your slot, and the balance is paid in salon. Not sure which service to book? Message us on WhatsApp first and we will guide you.

Yes. If you are new to AMIA, or booking a chemical or extension service, start with a consultation in salon or send us a photo on WhatsApp, so we can recommend what is right for your hair before anything is booked. Our New Client Consultation in salon is £15.

Same day bookings are welcome whenever we have availability. WhatsApp us for the quickest confirmation and we will let you know the next slot. We do not take walk ins without contacting us first, as booking ahead protects everyone's chair time and lets us prepare properly for you.

Give us 48 hours’ notice or more and your booking fee transfers to a new appointment within the same calendar month. Cancellations, no-shows, or moves into the following month mean the booking fee is forfeited. The booking fee is always non-refundable.

Yes. Queensgate Centre has on site parking at the rear, plus pay and display on Orsett Road, Crown Road and the surrounding streets.

The non-refundable booking fee is taken online by card at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in the salon by cash or bank transfer. Online shop orders accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Not completely happy with your result? Let us know within 5 days and we’ll arrange a complimentary adjustment or redo wherever reasonable. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’d rather put it right than leave you feeling less than confident about your hair.

Yes, across the UK. Standard tracked delivery takes 5 to 7 working days once dispatched, and free collection from the salon is also available. Full details are on our Returns and Shipping page.

Unopened hair products can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened hair extensions, wigs and bundles cannot be returned once unsealed unless faulty.
