All appointments are booked online through our Fresha booking page. Choose your service, date and time a non-refundable booking fee secures the slot, and the balance is paid in salon. Not sure which service to book? Message us on WhatsApp first and we’ll guide you.

Yes. New to AMIA, or booking a chemical or extension service? We start with a quick, complimentary consultation in salon or by WhatsApp photo so we can recommend what’s genuinely right for your hair before anything’s booked in. For complex changes or bridal styling, we can arrange a paid in-salon consultation.

Same-day bookings are welcome whenever we have availability WhatsApp us for the quickest confirmation and we’ll let you know the next slot. We don’t accept walk-ins without prior contact, as booking ahead protects everyone’s chair time and lets us prepare properly for your service.

Give us 48 hours’ notice or more and your booking fee transfers to a new appointment within the same calendar month. Cancellations, no-shows, or moves into the following month mean the booking fee is forfeited. The booking fee is always non-refundable.

Yes Queensgate Centre has on-site parking accessed from the rear, plus pay-and-display on Orsett Road, Crown Road and surrounding streets.

The non-refundable booking fee is taken online by card at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in the salon by cash or bank transfer. Online shop orders accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Not completely happy with your result? Let us know within 5 days and we’ll arrange a complimentary adjustment or redo wherever reasonable. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’d rather put it right than leave you feeling less than confident about your hair.

Yes UK-wide. Standard delivery is 5–7 working days once dispatched, tracked. Free in-salon collection is also available. Full details on our Returns & Shipping page.

Unopened hair products can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened hair extensions, wigs and bundles cannot be returned once unsealed unless faulty.
