Orsett Road · between Griffin and Khan's

Our entrance is on Orsett Road, between Griffin Estate Agents (the navy blue shopfront) and Khan's Butchers & Groceries. Look up — the red Queensgate Shopping Centre sign sits above the doors.

Through the double glass doors

Walk through the double glass doors directly underneath the Queensgate sign. The brown wooden door to the left is a separate office — not the centre entrance.

Turn left at the banner

Once inside the lobby, you'll see a black and gold banner on your left. Turn left here and follow the corridor. The door directly ahead leads to a staircase to the upper floors — stay on the ground floor instead.

Walk the full length of the corridor

Stay in the corridor and walk all the way to the end. There are a few unit doors along the way — keep going past them until you reach the back of the centre.

On the right, opposite the gym

At the end of the corridor, Q Gym is on your left. AMIA is directly opposite on the right — you'll see our frosted glass window first. The door is to the left of the window. Come straight in.

5 minutes from Grays station

Grays station is a five-minute walk via Orsett Road. c2c runs direct from London Fenchurch Street (around 35 minutes) and via Limehouse from Liverpool Street. From the station, exit onto Crown Road and head west — Queensgate Centre is signposted on Orsett Road.

On-site parking at Queensgate

Queensgate Centre has on-site parking accessed from the rear of the building. Pay-and-display is available on Orsett Road, Crown Road and surrounding streets. Coming from the A13, exit at Grays and follow signs for the town centre — postcode RM17 5DF brings you to the door.

3 minutes from Grays Bus Station

zThe nearest stop is Grays Bus Station on Crown Road — a three-minute walk to Queensgate. Multiple routes serve the town centre from Lakeside, Tilbury and surrounding areas. Check your local operator for current routes and times.
