Orsett Road · between Griffin and Khan’s

Our entrance is on Orsett Road, between Griffin Estate Agents (the navy blue shopfront) and Khan’s Butchers & Groceries. Look up — the red Queensgate Shopping Centre sign sits above the doors.

Through the glass double doors

Walk through the glass double doors directly underneath the Queensgate sign. The brown wooden door to the left is a separate office — not the centre entrance.

Turn left at the banner

Once inside the lobby, you’ll see a black and gold banner on your left. Turn left here and follow the corridor. The door directly ahead leads to a staircase — stay on the ground floor.

Walk the full length of the corridor

Stay in the corridor and walk all the way to the end. There are a few unit doors along the way — keep going past them until you reach the back of the centre.

On the right at the end

At the end of the corridor, AMIA is on the right — you’ll see our frosted glass window first, with the door to the left of it. Come straight in.

By train — 5 minutes from Grays station

Grays station is a five-minute walk via Orsett Road. c2c runs direct from London Fenchurch Street (around 35 minutes) and via Limehouse from Liverpool Street. From the station, exit onto Crown Road and head west.

By car — Morrisons ’ Car Park & nearby streets

Morrisons has on-site parking 3 minutes from the salon. Pay-and-display is available on Brooke Road, Clarence Road and surrounding streets. From the A13, exit at Grays and follow signs for Grays town centre — postcode RM17 5DF.

By bus — 3 minutes from Grays Bus Station

The nearest stop is Grays Bus Station, a five-minute walk to Queensgate. Multiple routes serve the town centre from Lakeside, Tilbury and surrounding areas.
