Message us as soon as you can. If we can still accommodate you, we will. If you're very late, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule.

The non-refundable booking fee is taken online by card at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in the salon by cash or bank transfer. For online shop orders we accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee at checkout. Give us at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule and your booking fee will transfer to a new date within the same calendar month. Outright cancellations, no-shows or moves to a different month forfeit the fee.

Yes — UK-wide. Standard shipping is 2–3 working days, tracked. Collection from the salon is also available at no extra cost. Full details on the Shipping page.

Unopened hair products can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened hair extensions, wigs and bundles cannot be returned once unsealed unless faulty. Full details on the Returns page.
